Credit Union Staff

I love the AnswerBook because we now have a tool that helps us avoid having to answer the same questions over and over again, and also makes sure the members gets the same answer every time, from everyone on staff. It's also a great reference for me about all credit union services.

I thought AnswerBook was only about members, but what I enjoy is the fact that I now have somewhere to go to ask questions about my benefits package. It is a great way to see what questions my fellow employees are asking, and I don't have to bother my HR person for just a quick question.
