We have done it all--web sites, intranets, advise. We have really tried to build a network that includes the important data about this organization. But most of it was in "credit-union-ese." It presented information the way we think. I like Answer Book because it ties it all together in a way that them member and employee understands, and we don't have to reinvent the wheel every time we respond to a new question.
