CU*Answers
Using Answer Book for our CUSO
One example of an active Answer Book community is the way that CU*Answers uses Answer Book to communicate the features of its core data processing product, CU*BASE. In this example, the "voice of the member" is replaced by the voice of the credit union staff member searching the Answer Book database for key facts about CU*BASE and CU*Answers services.
This community includes over 1,000 staff members working at over 90 credit unions. CU*Answers employees and clients can even track a history of all client service calls through the Answer Book Help Desk feature.
